This was then changed to Heinrich Müller ("Gestapo Müller") and later transferred to Public Prosecution Office Berlin and merged with an existing case against Heinrich Müller (case number 3 P (K) Js 54/62, new number of the merged case 1 Js 1/68 (RSHA)):
